Below, Deputy CAO for Economic and Community Development, Peter Chapman described the "work in progress" to consolidate the Dept. of Economic Development, the Dept. of Community Development, and the Dept. of Real Estate Services to form the Dept. of Planning. The reorganization must be approved by the Council.
